Boonara Carnival

(Dolce) –  2007  Mare – ASHS# 186998

Sire: Boonara Mentor    Dam: Smokin Havanna

Dolce, a strong, 16hh bay stock horse mare, was purchased out of the 2011 Landmark Classic Sale from Boonara Performance Horses and has been a performer from the very beginning. She won her first challenge in WA in March 2011, winning the 5 and under Great Southern Challenge as a 3 year old. She then went on to win her first draft, the novice at Tom Price in August 2011 as a 4 year old and backed that up by running second in the open at Dardanup Campdraft in late 2011. In 2012 she was sent to QLD and set for The Cloncurry Stockman’s Challenge where she ran 4th overall and won the cattle work section of the final.

She returned to WA in early 2013 and since then has been a consistent performer in campdrafts.  Dolce was  in foal to Acres of Frost in 2018 and produced a colt – ClearSky Cool Whip. She is returning to campdrafting in 2019.  Embryos are available from this mare. Should you wish to purchase an embryo, please contact the stud for details.

Darlea Miss Topsy

(Topsy) – 2011 Mare  – AQHA#  Q-73447

Sire: Acres Destiny    Dam: Hanks Play Girl

Topsy is a 6 year old chestnut mare by the great Acres Destiny out of a Playboy Roy mare. She was purchased as a weanling from Rex and Hazel Williams (NSW), in 2012. Topsy was started by us here at CSPH and has been brought along steadily. A mare with a lot of style, presence and ability, she had one campdraft start in April 2017, where she ran 85pts in the first round making the final and finishing just out of the placings. We are very excited about what this mare has to offer and look forward to seeing her progress over the next decade into a serious campdraft mare. Topsy did well in her 2018 campdraft season and we look forward to building on this during her 2019 season.

Clearsky Cold Chisel

(Chisel)  – 2014 Gelding  – AQHA pending

Sire: Acres of Frost    Dam: Hanks Play Girl

Chisel is a young Chestnut gelding by our resident sire, Acres of Frost. In 2017 he was not long started under saddle  and his chilled out nature and athletic ability meant he made his show debut that year at the Dowerin Field day. Chisel was used during our horsemanship demo and as a lead pony for the colt starting demo each day in the indoor arena.
